What does Cre8 Nutrition Hyper-T do?
Made by Cre8 Nutrition, this is an all natural testosterone booster that’s claimed to promote:
- Energy
- Testosterone
- Muscle Mass
- Fat Loss
But how well will it work for you?
In this review, we look closer at Cre8 Hyper-T to see how effective it truly is.
This is what we’ve found:
What you need to know about the ingredients in Cre8 Hyper-T:
There doesn’t seem to be many core T-boosters in this product.
The problem is that Cre8 have appeared to choose more supporting ingredients with a lot of hype behind them, rather than the ones with the most effetive studies.
Where is the Vitamin D3, where is the Zinc, the Magnesium, and all the other core nutrients the body needs to actively raise testosterone.
Some tricks have been missed – but there are still one or two good ingredients in here.
It could be a lot better though. This is what you need to know:
Tribulus Terrestris
This isn’t a good start to the ingredient list in Cre8 Hyper-T.
Although Tribulus has been claimed by some supplement companies to boost testosterone, the evidence just isn’t there.
According to studies, there has been no positive results for testosterone levels when this nutrient is supplemented by humans.
It will have no effect on your overall T, the most it may do is give mild benefit to your libido. It’s not your best option.
Fenugreek
This is a much more effective choice. Fenugreek is a traditional Indian herb that helps libido and has also been seen to support testosterone levels.
It all comes down to Fenugreek’s ability to regulate blood sugar. When your blood sugar is too high, your body releases insulin to handle it. However, insulin is a hormone in your body which directly effects and lowers testosterone levels.
By doing the job on Insulin’s behalf, Fenugreek means you’ll won’t need to produce as much of the hormone, and give your T-levels more room to grow.
Coleus Forskohlii
A herb that is thought to boost both testosterone and overall fat loss – however, there’s not enough evidence to know this for sure.
Coleus Forskholii has been met with mixed results in numerous studies. It may have some benefit, but there not been enough sufficient evidence to confirm whether or not it actually works.
More research may need to be done.
Milk Thistle
This is a nutrient that is typically supplemented after a steroid cycle. It’s a strange choice in Cre8 Hyper-T.
Milk Thistle is usually used to help prevent organ damage, especially in the liver, after using hazardous compounds (i.e. methylated prohormones).
It won’t do you any harm, but it’s not going to boost your testosterone levels.
Alpha Lipoic Acid
ALA is another nutrient that requires more study before we can know how effective it truly is.
It’s believed to help lower blood glucose levels in your body – which would mean it works in a similar way to Fenugreek by reducing the need for insulin.
However, not much has been proven. It may not works as effectively in Cre8 Hyper-T, as some companies claim.
Eurycoma Longifolia
Also known as Longjack or Tongkat Ali. This is a supplement that was claimed at one point to help boost testosterone – however, studies have shown differently.
In a similar vain to Tribulus Terrestris, LongJack was thought to help boost T – however, it has failed to perform in numerous human studies.
The only time it has been seen to offer any benefit is with libido, and may help to mildly raise sex drive.
It’s not your best option.
Horny Goat Weed
This is another similar choice in Cre8 Hyper-T. Also known as Epimedium, there is little evidence for this nutrient raising testosterone too.
The only benefit this nutrient may have, is a mild boost in libido.
Aside from that, you’re not going to notice much.
Black Pepper
Nothing special here, black pepper does not promote testosterone levels. It mainly helps with absorption.
This nutrient may increase the speed that your body takes on Cre8 Hyper-T.
Nutrient Profile Overview:
On the whole, Cre8 Hyper-T doesn’t have the best ingredients that we’ve seen in a T-booster.
The problem is that it contains a lot of supporting ingredients, and only one essential one. Fenugreek seems to be the most effective ingredient in this product – after that, there’s not a lot of great choices.
Cre8 Hyper-T could be significantly improved by adding more core T-boosting ingredients to their profile. Vitamin D3, D-Aspartic Acid, Oyster Extract, Zinc, Magnesium, and Red Ginseng would all be great choices here.
It’s a pity that none of them are in here – it really would make all the difference.
Are there any side effects in Cre8 Hyper-T?
Not that we’ve noticed. Although this isn’t the most effective testosterone booster that we’ve seen – it isn’t the most dangerous.
You shouldn’t experience any negative side effects while using this product – but you may not get the benefits that you’re looking for either.
How balanced are the servings in this T-booster?
Not very – there’s only 1 a day.
Although this makes it easy to keep on top of – you’ve traded efficiency for convenience.
With only one serving a day, the effects of this supplement will on be active in your system for a few hours. After that your T-Levels will start to revert back to their natural baseline, as there is no other outside encouragement.
What you need is a T-Booster that has 3 – 4 servings a day. This keeps your body constantly supplied with the nutrients you need to keep raising T throughout the day.
The more servings, the better.
Is this the best Testosterone Booster?
