When we started Muxcle.com back in January 2017, our aim was to have a supplement review website that made it easier for consumers to learn which supplements worked best on the market and why.
However, since then, the site has become much more than that. We now have a community. Many of you reach out and get in touch on a regular basis with questions and requests for more content and guides to the supplement industry and fitness in general.
It’s a lot to keep up with, and we work on the site on a daily basis to help keep you satisfied. As a result, the website is big, larger than we ever anticipated and we got this way because of our readers and content creators’ shared passion for the industry.
We’re not complaining, we’re proud of what we’re achieving here, however, the trade off to having such a large site is that it can be harder for our newer readers to navigate it.
There’s a search bar at both the top of the website, and in the side bar – but if you’re not sure of exactly what you’re looking for, it can only take you so far. For a better experience we suggest using the navigation menu below.

What is Muxcle.com?
Muxcle.com is a health and fitness site with a specialty in supplement reviews. We cover as much as we can on the market to show you what we think is the best, and the worst.
At the moment, the team is made up of two writers: Doug and Rhonda. Both of them have several years of experience with supplements and the industry.
When the site started in January 2017, the idea was to create a resource that looked at popular supplements on the market and break down their core ingredients into easy to explain passages.
Supplements can be confusing at the best of times. By explaining exactly each product contains, we hope to give you a clearer picture of what you’re getting, and whether it is right for you.

What is a testosterone booster? You guessed it, a supplement that boosts testosterone. These are all natural products that are made out of minerals, vitamins and other natural resources that are designed to be absorbed by your body and help boost your overall testosterone levels.
There are obviously dangerous options out there, but we only consider legal ‘over-the-counter’ products. We also look at ZMAs which are Zinc and Magnesium supplements, which are sometimes used for sleep, but most commonly used for bodybuilding and testosterone.
