TestoFuel Review – How well does it work?

For me, it worked really well. I ordered the 3 month ‘Muscle Gainers’ package from TestoFuel. It came with free shipping and a few extra goodies.

TestoFuel Ingredients – How well do they work?:

The first thing I picked up on was the lack of proprietary blends in this product – and that’s definitely a plus.

Proprietary blends hide the individual dosages of each ingredient in a supplement. This means you don’t know how much you’re getting or how effective it will be overall.

Fortunately, in our TestoFuel review, we were delighted that Roar Ambition discloses all of the dosages of each ingredient. This gives you a far better idea of how effective the supplement is overall – and it looks damn good.

Here’s what you need to know:

Vitamin D3

Arguably one of the best vitamins for testosterone.

One of the main reasons Vitamin D3 is so effective, is because it’s actually a hormone.

Synthesized through your skin via the sun’s rays, it’s a great addition to this blend.

Studies have shown that long term supplementation of Vitamin D3 has led to huge spikes in both testosterone and joint health.

You need at least 3300 IUs a day to notice any real effects – TestoFuel contains 5000 IUs, it’s more than enough.

Magnesium

A good mineral for free testosterone.

Magnesium works by inhibiting the Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) in your bloodstream.

SHBG is a protein in your blood that binds to testosterone and strips it of its anabolic potency – making it useless.

By inhibiting the protein, Magnesium reduces the impact of SHBG and allows more T to flow freely through your system.

Asian Red Panax Ginseng

Ginseng is a good choice for both libido and for testosterone levels.

For sex drive, it helps by boosting nitric oxide in your body. This is a vasodilator and allows more blood to move through vessels at a time – which has been shown to support erection quality.

Not only that, this herb can also help regulate blood sugar – this is where it helps your testosterone.

By regulating your blood sugar – ginseng helps to lower your body’s supply of insulin.

Fenugreek

Are there any side effects in TestoFuel?

The nutrient profile is 100% natural – we didn’t experience any side effects using this T-Booster.

We haven’t heard any reports in other TestoFuel reviews of people having a bad experience with it either.

The only thing we would say is, do not use this product if you have an allergy to shellfish.

How effectively balanced are the servings?

They’ve been balanced well – there’s 4 a day.

This is exactly what you need to give your body that constant nutrient supply to keep boosting testosterone.

If you only have one larger serving, your body gets some benefit – but the effects wear off a few hours after.

With this drip-feed approach, your body is supplied with the optimum amount constantly to keep your T-levels on the rise.

How I took it:

Taking TestoFuel for the first week took some getting used to, mainly because you have to take 4 servings a day. However, once you factor it into your meals, you’re all set.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and with a snack before bed. Simply enough right?

The First Month

I didn’t notice much growth in the first month of this TestoFuel review – I mainly noticed an increase in energy. I felt more motivated in the gym and felt I could push myself harder during sets.

It was like training fresh every session. It was only after around a month of not having a bad session did I make the connection that it was TestoFuel doing the work.

My recovery was faster too, I’d feel less sore in the morning and feel next to no pain by the evening.

It felt good – but I couldn’t ‘see’ anything new.

The second and third month was when I started to notice the real differences in my body.

The Second Month

After a month of taking TestoFuel, I started making real progress in my bench press. I’d been stuck in a plateau for a while – but now it felt easier to move.

When I first started taking TestoFuel my max bench was 220lbs (100kg) for 5 x 5 – by the end of the second month I had gotten it up to 235lbs (around 106.5kg) for 5 x 5.

It’s not a bad jump – and considering I’d been plateauing for around 3 months, I couldn’t have been happier.

I also put an extra 10lbs on my squat and 15lbs on my deadlift.

The Third Month

In the third month I was still gaining strength in the gym, but I was also gaining size.

I could tell in the mirror that my arms were looking bigger, my chest was wider, and my back was more defined.

My training partner was the first to notice, and then my friends a few weeks after that. It definitely motivated me to keep pushing harder – which why I think I gained an extra 5lbs on all my lifts that month.

By the end of the third month I had gained around an inch on my arms, and chest. I’d also lost an inch around my waist and was so much more defined and muscular.

I usually buy my stack from the likes of Bodybuilding.com, GNC or Amazon. I have accounts set-up, and it’s easy for me to click and buy.
