However, if you’re looking to use it as a testosterone booster, you may need a supplement with more ingredients.
Don’t get us wrong, what is in here is good. It just may not be enough for you.

This is a great start to GAT Sport ZMAG-T. Zinc is a mineral that works well for promoting testosterone levels.
So, why does it work so well?
Because after your body absorbs it, it is used for chemical reactions in your brain which promotes your overall levels of the Luteinizing Hormone (LH).
LH is your body’s precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone. The more of this you have in your system, the more support your body has to raise your testosterone levels.
It’s great to see in this supplement.
This is a good addition to GAT Sport ZMAG-T too.
Magnesium is a mineral which can help to promote your overall levels of free testosterone.
It works by interacting with a protein in your blood known as Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG).
SHBG binds to your testosterone and removes its anabolic potency – which renders your testosterone useless.
Magnesium helps by binding to the SHBG instead, which reduces its overall influence. This allows more testosterone to flow through your blood freely.
Not only that, Magnesium can also help dampen muscle twitches and impulses at night. This can stop sudden jerks that may wake you up while sleeping.
It’s a good extra that comes with mineral.
This is a good support in GAT Sport ZMAG-T.
Studies show that this mineral is good for you in two ways when it comes to your hormones. It can help to promote your overall testosterone levels, and it can also help to reduce your estrogen levels.
We’re glad to see it in this supplement.

On the whole, GAT Sport ZMAG-T does have some good ingredients for a ZMA, but it could be better as a testosterone booster.
More study backed testosterone boosters could be added to this supplement.
What would help improve GAT Sport ZMAG-T?
Ingredients that would help a lot here are Vitamin D3, D-Aspartic Acid, Fenugreek, Red Ginseng and Oyster Extract.
For example, D-Aspartic Acid works in a similar way to Zinc. Your body uses it to create the Luteinizing Hormone in your brain. This can help to produce more growth hormone and testosterone.
Whereas Vitamin D3 is so potent that it is technically a hormone. It has links to boosting testosterone, general bodily functions and bone density.
Most people don’t get enough Vitamin D3 throughout the day because our bodies absorb it from the sun. This is because we spend most our time indoors due to modern living. By supplementing D3, you can help to restore balancing and give your testosterone levels more of a boost.
Fenugreek and Ginseng on the other hand help in a different way. Your body uses it to regulate blood sugar and insulin levels. This is important as high insulin levels can drain your testosterone.
Why does this happen? Because of a process known as homeostasis. Homeostasis is a hormonal balancing act your body performs. The more you have of one hormone, the less you have of another, and the more insulin you have, the less testosterone.
By using something like Ginseng or Fenugreek to keep it regulated, your testosterone has more support to grow.
It would better if more ingredients like this were in this supplement.

Not that we can see, all the ingredients in here are completely natural.
You shouldn’t run into any side effects from supplementing this product.
That said, we cannot speak for everyone. If you suffer from any allergies, or have any concerns with supplement you should speak to your doctor before using it.
How effectively balanced are the servings in GAT Sport ZMAG-T?
They could be better, if you want it to help with your testosterone levels that is. There’s only one serving a day.
Why is that a problem?
One serving typically lasts for a few hours. This isn’t enough to cover you for a full day.
Ideally, what you want is a testosterone booster that has 3 – 4 servings a day. This gives your body a constant supply of the nutrients you need to keep your testosterone levels supplied with what they need for as long as possible.
It would be better if it was set up to work like this.
