What you need to know about the Rapid Tone ingredients:
There are some great choices in here, some strong thermogenics and energy boosters in this supplement.
However, we cannot say the same about all the ingredients. But no diet pill is perfect.
Below, we go into detail about the ingredients in Rapid Tone along with our summary and suggestions on how to improve it.
This is what you need to know:
Green Coffee Bean
This is a great start to Rapid Tone, Green Coffee is one of the better thermogenics out there.
So, what makes it work so well?
Because it contains Chlorogenic Acid. That’s a component that can help a lot when it comes to fat loss. It can help cut down the glucose levels in your liver that your body uses for energy.
Without it, your body has to make more energy from other resources in your body, namely your fat cells.
This allows you to burn more fat in your body with no extra effort. It’s good to see here.
Raspberry Ketone
This is what we were talking about before, it’s not a strong choice in Rapid Tone.
Why? Raspberry Ketones, despite having claims to help promote fat and weight loss, is not a good option in a diet pill.
The only time it has been seen to work effectively is in rat studies. Unfortunately, these results do not scale up to work for humans.
You’re unlikely to get much benefit from it here. It won’t cause any harm, but it’s unlilely to help you with your goals either.
Garcinia Cambogia
This isn’t a good option either. Garcinia Cambogia is a nutrient which has claims to promote appetite suppression.
It does work, but only under specific circumstances. This supplement mainly works when it is used as a food seasoning. It increases the flavor of a dish which makes you feel more satisified for longer and crave less throughout the day.
However, in a supplement the effects are not the same. This is mainly because it is not being applied to food.
Again, this is another choice that may not work well for you in this situation.
Caffeine Anhydrous
A much better option in Rapid Tone and one we’re happy to see here.
Caffeine is arguably the best natural stimulant on the market.
You already know that it can help you with your energy levels, so how else can it help you?
Studies show that supplementing caffeine can help promote your energy, metabolism, focus and even power output.
It’s a great option in any diet pill. You can use it for working out, or for cutting down your waistline.
Green Tea
The final ingredient in Rapid Tone and a fantastic thermogenic.
Green Tea is great for fat loss. It contains a specific form of antioxidant known as catechins.
These catechins help to promote your overall levels of the fat burning hormone in your body norepinephrine. The more norepinephrine you have in your body, the more fat you’ll burn throughout the day.
Green Tea also contains an amount of L-Theanine, which is an amino acid which can help promote cognition and focus, which is a good bonus.
Nutrient Profile Overview:
Rapid Tone has some great ingredients. Green Coffee Bean, Green Tea and Caffeine Anhydrous are great choices for a natural diet pill.
However, the Raspberry Ketone and Garcinia Cambogia aren’t great choices – especially as a supplement. They are better options out there.
What ingredients would help this product?
Cayenne Pepper, Glucomannan and Chromium are the obvious options.
For example, Cayenne Pepper contains Capsicum. This is a component in the chili which can heat up your body’s core temperature. This starts a cooling process in your body. Regulating temperature uses more energy than you usually use, it has to burn extra fat to make up the difference.
Glucomannan has a different approach, it swells in your stomach. The result is that it makes you feel fuller for longer, which can help you keep your calorie input down and stay on your diet.
Chromium can help too. It regulates blood sugar and insulin levels. When your insulin levels are higher, your body stores more fat from the food you eat.
By keeping those levels under control (a low sugar diet also helps), you’ll store less fat from the food you eat.
It would be better if more ingredients like this are in this diet pill.
Safety Check: Are there any side effects?
Not that we can see, all the ingredients in here are completely natural.
You shouldn’t run into any side effects from supplementing this diet pill. We haven’t heard of any reported side effects either.
We can’t speak for everyone, but if you have any concerns, you should speak to your doctor before using it.
Instructions: How are the servings?
With only two servings a day, they could be better.
How?
A typical serving will only give you a few hours of benefit when it comes to fat loss. Two of those isn’t going to cover you for the full day.
Ideally, what you should be looking for is a fat burner which has 3 – 4 servings a day. Why? Because this gives your body a constant supply of the nutrients you need to keep burning fat day long.
This would make a big difference if it was set up to work like this.

Rapid Tone Review Summary – Is it effective?
This is a diet pill with some great ingredients. Many of them we like a lot – however it isn’t the best that we have seen.
From our Rapid Tone review, this is what you need to know:
- Missing Core Nutrients – More thermogenics and appetite suppressants with studies behind them would help a lot.
- Servings Could Be Better – Two a day may not be enough for maximum fat loss.
- Some Ineffective Ingredients – Raspberry Ketones and Garcinia Cambogia are not great in supplements.
