Intro: What is it claimed to do?
This is our review of KETO CUTS, which is a diet pill from Nature Driven. It has claims to promote:
- Energy
- Fat Loss
- Metabolism
- Focus
But how well will it work for you?
In this review, we analyze this supplement to see how effective it really is, looking closely at the ingredients, side effects and servings.
This is what we’ve found…
Ingredients: What’s in KETO CUTS?
It doesn’t have the best ingredients that we have come across in a fat burner, but there are still some good choices there.
Our main concern is that it contains a proprietary blend. A proprietary blend is when a supplement manufacturer chooses to hide the individual dosages of the ingredients in their product.
Instead, they group their ingredients together under one larger value. This means you don’t know how much you’re getting of each ingredient or how effective it really is.
This can be a real problem as you can’t know if you’re getting enough of it.
Below, we look closer and examine the main ingredients KETO CUTS along with our summary and suggestions on how it could be improved:

Raspberry Ketones
This isn’t a strong start to KETO CUTS. We’re sick of seeing Raspberry Ketones in diet pills.
It’s a nutrient that was marketed that was well-marketed, but when it comes to actual results, it doesn’t have much of an effect.
The only time (and the studies that show) Raspberry Ketones to work for fat and weight loss are on rats. To date we have not seen a study which shows supplementing Raspberry Ketones alone is effective for promoting fat loss in humans.
It seems safe enough, but we hesitate to say that it is effective. There are plenty of better options out there.
African Mango
Also known as Irvingia Gabonensis. This is another ingredient which in this supplement from Nature Driven which has yet to show any concrete results.
There’s nothing special about African Mango when it comes to fat loss. We have yet to see any convincing studies that show it benefiting fat loss.
Researchers speculate the only benefit it may have is because it contains some fiber and fatty acids. However, this comes with the territory of being a fruit – it won’t make much difference here.
Green Tea
This is a much better option in Nature Driven KETO CUTS.
Green Tea is one of the better thermogenics out there on the market and excellent for fat loss. It also has numerous other benefits too.
So, why do we like Green Tea?
It contains a certain kind of anti-oxidant known as catechins. When you absorb green tea, these catechins help to promote your body’s levels of norepinephrine.
Norepinephrine is your body’s fat burning hormone, the more of this you have in your system, the more fat you’ll burn throughout the day.
Green Tea also contains caffeine, which we’ll cover in the next section, and a small amount of L-Theanine.
L-Theanine is an amino acid which can help to promote focus and relaxation. This can help you stay more in control and focused throughout the day.
It’s just a great natural resource, and we’re happy to see it in this supplement.
Caffeine Anhydrous
Another good addition to KETO CUTS, Caffeine anhydrous is the best natural stimulant that we have come across on the market.
With countless studies vouching for it, it is great for improving your energy levels and power output in the gym.
It can also help with your waistline. Studies show that supplementing Caffeine can help boost your metabolism and also your cognition and focus.
So, more energy in the gym, faster fat loss and stronger focus. What more could you want?
Apple Cider Vinegar
This however is most likely not an effective choice in Nature Driven’s diet pill.
A lot of people recommend Apple Cider Vinegar for weight, and we don’t think there’s enough evidence out there to comfortably do so.
Why? Because there’s only one study that says that it works. Overweight men supplemented Apple Cider Vinegar and noticed some mild drop in weight. However, as soon as the study ended, every one of the men gained that weight back.
The benefits were only short term, and then there’s no other study to show it works effectively for fat loss in humans.

A lot more research needs to be done to prove that Apple Cider Vinegar is a good option for long term fat loss – because right now we just can’t see it.
Kelp
This is one you see a lot in health drinks, but Kelp is mainly used for it’s iodine.
Iodine is a mineral which can help regulate thyroid function. You usually come across it a lot in foods like seaweed and most seafood.
By regulating your thyroid it can help to influence fat loss. However, the impact isn’t as impressive as you might think, especially if you’re already getting enough idoine in your diet – which is hard to do unless you don’t have much salt in your diet.
Grape Seed
Again, this ingredient does not help fat loss in KETO CUTS, but it can help in other ways.
Grape Seed is rich in resveratrol. Resveratrol is an amino acid which can help improve your overall absorption levels.
This can help you get more out of the ingredients which are already in this diet pill, and help them to absorb into your system at a faster rate.
It’s more of a supporting ingredient in here, it won’t directly burn fat for you.
Nutrient Profile Overview:
From our nutrient analysis of KETO CUTS, we have to say that we have mixed feelings about it.
The proprietary blend is never a good sign. We’re thankful it doesn’t cover all the ingredients, but it’s still not a great move.
You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting, so it’s hard to judge how effective it really is. It lacks transparency.
However, we do love the Green Tea and the Caffeine, the Resveratrol is a great support too. However, we’re not sure on the Raspberry Ketone, Irvingia Gabonensis and Apple Cider Vinegar. Those ingredients don’t have strong studies behind them for human fat and weight loss.
We think those ingredients would be better off being replaced with something more effective.
What ingredients could Nature Driven use instead?
For KETO CUTS, Nature Driven could use Green Coffee Bean, Cayenne Pepper and Glucomannan as replacements.
Not only are Green Coffee and Cayenne Pepper thermogenics, but Glucomannan is an appetite suppressant.
How do they work?
Green Coffee Bean contains chlorogenic acid. Chlorogenic acid helps to reduce the glucose in your liver. Why does that matter? Because your body uses that glucose for energy.
So, without that energy supply your body needs to look elsewhere. It then starts burning your stored fat to make up the difference. This allows you to burn more fat throughout the day with no extra effort.
Next, the Cayenne Pepper, a hot chili that is rich in Capsicum. Capsicum gives the chili its heat, and raises your body’s core temperature when you consume it. In doing so, your body starts a cool down process which burns more calories (and fat!) that your body would do usually. Again, you burn more with no effort.
Not only that, there’s also research that shows Cayenne Pepper can help promote appetite suppression which can curb hunger.
Which brings us to our final suggestion: Glucomannan. This is a fibrous complex that swells in your stomach after you consume it. It makes you feel fuller than you actually are. In doing so, you crave less food and find it easier to stay on your diet.
All of these ingredients would be a great fit for KETO CUTS.
Safety Check: Are there any side effects?
Not that we can see, all the ingredients in here are completely natural.
It may be a proprietary blend, but nothing in here appears to be harmful. However, we do notice that the caffeine is also part of the proprietary blend – if you are sensitive to stimulants you may need to be careful with this one.
As always, if you have any concerns you should always speak to your doctor before using it.
Directions: How are the servings in KETO CUTS?
Two capsules via one serving a day.
Is this good? Honestly, it’s nothing special.
The problem with one serving a day is that you’re only getting a few hours of benefit when it comes to fat loss. Those ingredients aren’t going to be active in your body for the full day.
Ideally, what you should be looking for is a fat burner or diet pill that is equipped with 3 or 4 servings a day. This gives your body a constant supply of the nutrients you need to keep you burning fat for as long as possible.
It would be better if this fat burner was set up to work like this.

Nature Driven KETO CUTS Review Summary: Is it effective?
From our analysis, we have to say that this diet pill has some good ingredients, but it’s unfortunately not the best that we’ve come across.
These are the points you should take away from this review:
- Proprietary Blend – You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting, so how can you know how effective it really is overall.
- Missing Core Nutrients – More thermogenics and appetite suppressants would help this supplement.
- Some Ineffective Ingredients – We don’t feel Apple Cider Vinegar, Raspberry Ketones and African Mango are effective fat burners.
- Servings Could Be Higher – One a day may not be enough for effective fat loss.
