- Metabolism
- Energy
- Appetite Suppression
But how well will it work for you?
In this review, we look closer at this diet pill to see how effective it really is.
This is what we’ve found…
Ingredients: What is in KE2O?
There’s only a few ingredients, but that’s not too much of a problem, as the majority are good choices.
The main problem comes from it all being in a proprietary blend.
A proprietary blend is when a supplement manufacturer chooses to hide the dosages of the ingredients in their product.
Instead, all the ingredients are put together under one larger value. This means you don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting or how effective it is overall.
It’s not good sign. Why would they hide it?
Below, we look closer at the ingredients in this supplement, along with our summary and suggestions on how to improve it.
This is what you need to know:

Raspberry Ketones
Quite honestly, this isn’t a good start to KE2O.
Why? Because although Raspberry Ketones have evidence for promoting fat and weight loss – this is only in rat studies.
They show that Raspberry Ketone works as a fat loss aid, but it doesn’t show that for humans.
To make things worse, human studies show that the benefits it had for rats fail to scale up. You’re unlikely to get much benefit out of it.
It should be safe to use, but not that effective.
Green Tea
This is a much better option in this diet pill.
More or less every study we read for Green Tea has something positive to say about it. It works well in this supplement.
The main reason Green Tea works so well is because it contains catechins. Catechins are anti-oxidants in this herb that help to promote your body’s levels of the fat burning hormone norepinephrine.
The more norepinephrine you have in your system, the more fat you’ll burn throughout the day.
Not only that, Green Tea also contains L-Theanine which is an amino acid which can help to promote your overall levels of focus. It’s just a great option.
Caffeine
This is another good ingredient in KE2O. Caffeine is arguably the best natural stimulant on the market.
You’re already know that it can help boost your energy levels, but can it do anything else?
Studies show that supplementing Caffeine can help boost your energy, metabolism, focus and power output. It can also help to some degree with appetite suppression.
All these benefits make it a great option for a fat burner, pre workout, nootropic or typical energy booster.
It’s a great addition to this supplement.
Green Coffee Bean
Another effective option in KE2O too. Green Coffee Bean is a great fat burner.
It works because it contains Chlorogenic acid. Once you consume chlorogenic acid, it helps to reduce the glucose in your liver.
Your body uses that glucose for energy. Without it, your body has to burn some of your stored fat to help make up the difference.
This is a great way for you to burn more fat with no extra effort.
Garcinia Cambogia
The final ingredient in this supplement, and sadly, it’s not a good one.
Garcinia Cambogia has claims to promote appetite suppression, however, studies show that this may not be the case.
The problem is that it only seems to work when it is used as a food seasoning. By increasing the flavor of a dish, Garcinia helps you to feel satisfied for longer after a meal.
However, when supplemented the effects aren’t the same. There’s no dish to increase the flavor of, and the garcina doesn’t touch your tongue. The benefits do not transfer.
It would be better to swap this ingredient out with a more effective appetite suppressant that works via supplementation. High fiber options like Glucomannan work well in cases like this.
Nutrient Profile Overview:
There are some good ingredients in KE2O. The majority are great for fat loss, we like the Green Tea, Caffeine and Green Coffee Bean.
Unfortunately, we can’t say we have a lot of confidence in the Raspberry Ketone and Garcinia Cambogia due to how they perform in studies.
And the fact that this is all in one big proprietary blend doesn’t look good either. How can you know how effective a diet pill is if you don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting?
It’s difficult.
How could KE2O be better?
There are numerous ways to improve this supplement. The first is to remove that proprietary blend, people need to know what exactly it is that they’re getting.
The second is to make some changes to the ingredients. Several thermogenics and appetite suppressants would help this supplement a lot.
Cayenne Pepper, Glucomannan, Chromium and L-Carnitine would all work well in this supplement. Here’s why:
Cayenne Pepper
It’s a hot chili which has two main benefits; thermogenic fat loss, and appetite suppression.
Cayenne contains Capsicum, which is the component that gives chili its heat. This raises your body’s core temperature and starts a cool down process in your system. By cooling, your body burns more calories and fat that it does normally. This can help you burn more fat at a faster rate.
Studies also show that supplementing Cayenne can help suppress appetite which can allow you to feel fuller for longer. Which can help you stay on your diet. It would be a good choice in here.
Glucomannan
This would be a great appetite suppressant for KE2O. Glucomannan is a fibrous complex that comes from the Konjac root.
So, how does it work?
After you consume Glucomannan, it swells in your stomach and takes up as much room as possible. The advantage here is that it can help you to feel fuller for longer
Not only that, but supplementing Glucomannan can also help to regulate your cholesterol levels. A good healthy addition to any diet pill, and a better choice than Garcinia Cambogia.
Chromium
Another good option. Chromium is a mineral which can help with how your body stores fat.
Studies show that supplementing Chromium can help to regulate your overall blood sugar and insulin levels. High insulin levels have links to increased fat storage. By using something like Chromium to keep your insulin levels under control, you can help keep your fat storage low from the food you eat.
It would be a great help here.
L-Carnitine
This is our final suggestion for what could be added to KE2O. L-Carnitine is an amino acid that is popular in numerous supplements.
It can help promote energy, metabolism and focus. This makes it good for pre workouts, fat burners and nootropics. It’s all natural and effective.
The only snag is that you need a lot for it to work. Studies suggest dosages of 500 – 2500mg a day would have the biggest impact.
It would be better if more ingredients like this were in this supplement.
Safety Check: Are there side effects in KE2O?
Not that we can see. Although this is a proprietary blend and the dosages are unknown, for the ingredients used it appears to be a safe supplement.
You shouldn’t run into any side effects from using this diet pill.
That said, if you have any concerns, we suggest that you speak to your doctor before supplementing it.
Directions: How are the servings?
There’s only 2 servings a day, so it could be better.
What’s the issue with this in KE2O?
A single serving typically only lasts for a few hours.
This means with two servings that you’re unlikely to get the full benefits throughout the day.
Ideally, what you need is a fat burner that has 3 – 4 servings a day. This gives your body a constant supply of the nutrients you need to keep you burning fat day long.
It’s a shame that this supplement isn’t set up to work like that.

KE2O Review Summary – Is it effective?
As we have already mentioned, there are some great ingredients in this supplement, however, a few areas of it let it down.
It’s not the best that we have seen on the market.
From our KE2O review, this is what you need to know:
- Proprietary Blend – You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting or how effective it really is overall.
- Missing Core Nutrients – More effective thermogenics and appetite suppressants would help this supplement.
- Some Ineffective Ingredients – Raspberry Ketones and Garcinia Cambogia aren’t that effective under these circumstances.
