What does Zpure Life’s Test Booster do?
A natural testosterone booster made by Zpure Life – this supplement has been claimed to promote:
But how well will it work for you?
In this review, we look closer at Test Booster to see how effective it really is.
Here’s what we found:
What you need to know about the ingredients in Zpure Life Test Booster:
They’re not that great.
Although there are some effective ingredients in this product – a lot of them have not been linked to testosterone production.
There are only a handful of good nutrients here.
Here’s what you need to know about the full list:
One of the main minerals for testosterone production.
Zinc has been seen in numerous studies to help increase your body’s supply of Luteinzing Hormone (LH).
LH is the precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone. The more of it you have in your system – the more testosterone you will produce.
One of the best herbs for boosting libido – but Fenugreek also has some benefits as a testosterone booster.
Fenugreek has been seen in several studies to help improve sex drive – but it can also help with blood sugar regulation.
By regulating blood sugar, Fenugreek can help to lower insulin levels.
Insulin has been seen to have a direct on testosterone and lowers it.
By having lower insulin levels, your T levels have more potential to rise.
Not a great option – Maca has been claimed to promote testosterone but the studies just aren’t there.
Although aggressively marketed as a testosterone booster – Maca has never been confirmed to actually raise Test.
The only benefits it’s been seen to provide are mild boosts in libido.
Also known as LongJack – and it falls into a similar category to Maca.
Although claimed by numerous supplement companies to help promote testosterone – the studies on the herb haven’t shown this.
At most it may only boost libido.
Horny Goat Weed
Again, Horny Goat Weed is the same boat as Maca and LongJack.
Having been thought to boost testosterone – the hands-on research of Horny Goat Weed has shown otherwise.
It may not help with testosterone production – but it may mildly help sex drive.
A good herb for libido – and may help to small extent with testosterone.
Ginseng boosts testosterone in a similar way to Fenugreek – it helps to regulate blood sugar.
By regulating blood sugar, it can lower your body’s production of insulin which lead to rise in testosterone.
Good for energy – but won’t impact testosterone in any way.
In our opinion, caffeine in a T-Booster is a cop out.
Testosterone helps to improve your energy levels – but so does caffeine. Zpure Life could be using the stimulant to fake the effects or the male hormone.
It’s not a smart move.
Ingredients Profile Overview:
On the whole, this isn’t the best testosterone booster on the market.
There are only a few core ingredients in this T-booster that will really make a difference to your Test levels: the Zinc, Fenugreek and Ginseng.
All the other ingredients in this product don’t have much of an effect when it comes to promoting testosterone.
There are so many other core nutrients that could’ve been used instead to make ‘Test Booster’ better: D-Aspartic Acid, Vitamin D3 and Oyster Extract to name just a few.
Are there any side effects?
Although there are several ineffective ingredients in Zpure Life’s Test Booster – they’re not harmful, just poor libido enhancers.
They won’t cause any negative effects – but they’re not going to help your test levels either.
How effectively balanced are the servings?
Not great – there are only 1 – 2 a day.
This isn’t your best method to give your testosterone levels maximum for benefit.
There’s only so much your body can absorb at a time. The rest of the product is wasted.
Not only that, there’s a huge gap between servings which your body would use to flick your T levels back to their baseline.
Ideally what you need are 3 – 4 servings a day. This keeps your body constantly supplied with the nutrients you need to keep boosting testosterone throughout the day.
Is this the best Testosterone Booster?
No. There’s better:
We review an endless amount of testosterone boosters every month searching for the most effective one on the market.

- Effective Testosterone Production
- 100% Natural Ingredients

Zpure Life Test Booster Review Conclusion – Is it effective?
As you can tell, this is not the most effective testosterone booster on the market.
From our review – here’s what you need to know about Zpure Life Test Booster:
- Servings need improving – With only 2 servings (maximum) a day, your body isn’t getting enough of a regular supply to consistently boost testosterone.
- Many ineffective ingredients – A lot of the nutrients used lack the clinical studies to back up their claims.
- Missing Core Nutrients – Better performing ingredients like Vitamin D3, D-Aspartic Acid and Oyster Extract would’ve improved this product.
If you’re looking to raise your testosterone – this isn’t a product we would recommend.
