Intro: What does this supplement do?
This is our review of Titan TRT, which is a testosterone booster by TestoUltra Alpha.
There are claims that this supplement can help promote:
- Energy
- Testosterone
- Muscle Pumps

But how well will it work for you?
In this review, we look closer at the ingredients, the safety and how many servings it has a day to see how effective it really is.
This is what we’ve found…
Ingredients: What does Titan TRT have in it?
There’s only 5 ingredients in this supplement, and unfortunately it’s all in a proprietary blend.
If you don’t know what a proprietary blend is, it’s not a good thing. A proprietary blend is when a supplement manufacturer chooses to hide the individual dosages of the ingredients in their product.
Instead they group them all together under one larger dosage. This means you don’t know how much you’re getting of each ingredient, which means you don’t know how effective it really is.
Not only that, there’s not a lot of positive studies regarding the ingredients in Titan TRT.
Below, we look closer at the ingredients in this testosterone booster, along with our summary and suggestions to see how it could be better.
This is our full report:

Tribulus Terrestris
This is not a good start to this testosterone booster, or any for that matter. We’re not fans of Tribulus Terrestris.
Why, what’s the problem with it being in Titan TRT?
Because there’s no studies out there showing it actively promote testosterone levels in humans. The only time this nutrient has shown any benefit for raising the levels of the male hormone is in rat studies.
Unfortunately the same results haven’t been able to scale up to humans. We find it very unlikely that you’ll get any testosterone growth from supplementing this nutrient.
The only way it may help you here is by supporting your sex drive and libido.
Chrysin
This is another ingredient that we feel was a poor choice from TestoUltra Alpha. Chrysin has only ever been seen to work for testosterone in one study.
This matters a lot, and it’s also worth considering the circumstances of this study and why it worked in that instance. Chrysin was injected directly into the subject’s testes.
It has not been seen to do so in any study where it was orally supplemented. Only in that one test when it was injected into sex organs.
We believe it’s pretty clear that this ingredient has no impact on testosterone levels when supplemented orally and is unlikely to give you any benefit from taking it.
Diindoylmethane (DIM)
Most commonly known as DIM. This is arguably the most promising ingredient in TestoUltra Alpha’s Titan TRT, which unfortunately isn’t great news.
So, what does it do?
DIM is a component found most commonly in green vegetables like broccoli. It is thought to work as an aromatase inhibitor, which in other words is an estrogen suppressant.
Unfortunately there isn’t any hard evidence to show that it can help reduce levels of the female hormone, but preliminary research is looking promising.
More studies need to be done into this nutrient, but it is definitely one to watch for the future.
Longjack Eurycoma Longifolia
This however, is not a good ingredient in Titan TRT. Longjack is a nutrient which has similar effects to Tribulus.
It’s an ingredient which has only been seen to work well for testosterone in rat studies, but failed when it comes to helping humans.
You’re not going to get any benefit from supplementing this herb for testosterone, however, you may get a mild boost in libido.
Gamma Oryzanol
This is a nutrient that we’ve seen more and more in the testosterone booster market. Unfortunately despite claims, there are no studies which show that it actually raises testosterone.
There’s actually not many studies confirming it do anything. The only thing out there that’s promising at the moment is that it can help reduce cholesterol levels – and even that’s not proven.

It’s not an effective choice in here by any stretch, and many better alternatives are available.
Overview: Nutrient Profile
Sadly, TestoUltra Alpha’s Titan TRT doesn’t have the best ingredients that we’ve seen in a testosterone booster.
It also doesn’t help that it’s all under one proprietary blend. How can you know how effective a supplement is if you don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting.
Also, the only ingredient in here that we feel has any potential is the DIM, and that doesn’t even raise testosterone.
A lot could be changed in this supplement to make it more effective, because at the moment, we’re struggling to see how it can compete without a full overhaul.
What would help Titan TRT?
Remove the proprietary blend set-up, along with the Tribulus, Longjack and Chrysin and replace them with nutrients that have a lot more studies behind them.
There are plenty of potential options to choose from; Vitamin D3, Zinc, Magnesium, D-Aspartic Acid, Fenugreek and Stinging Nettle would all help this supplement.
What exactly do they do?
Let’s a take a closer look:
Vitamin D3
This is our top recommendation. Vitamin D3 isn’t actually a vitamin, technically it’s a hormone and has close links to raising testosterone.
It works well as a supplement because most people don’t get enough of it throughout the day. This is because you get your D3 from the sun’s rays through your skin. As most people spend the majority of their time indoors, they’re unlikely to get enough throughout the day.
Supplementing this vitamin (or hormone) is good for restoring your levels of D3, and gives your testosterone more support to grow.
Zinc & D-Aspartic Acid
We’ve grouped these two options together as they can both help your testosterone in similar ways. After you consume them, your body uses them both for chemical reactions in your brain.
These reactions help to increase your overall production of the Luteinizing Hormone (LH). LH is your body’s precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone – the more of it you have in your system, the more support your testosterone levels have to rise.
They’d both be great in Titan TRT.
Magnesium and Stinging Nettle
Again, these would also be good choices in this supplement, and again, they both help in similar ways.
Both Magnesium and Stinging Nettle are good for improving your free testosterone levels.
‘Free testosterone’ is the testosterone that you have readily available in your blood.
These nutrients help by inhibiting a protein there known as Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG). SHBG is a protein that binds to your free testosterone and reduces its overall anabolic potency – and makes the affected testosterone useless.
Magnesium and Nettle help by inhibiting the protein and reducing its overall influence which allows more of your testosterone to circulate while still remaining potent.
Fenugreek
Our final suggestion to include in TestoUltra Alpha’s Titan TRT.
Fenugreek is a traditional herb used in Indian Medicine which is thought to help with both libido and testosterone.
Studies show that it does work, and there’s a very specific reason why. It can help to regulate your blood sugar and insulin levels.
The reason this helps testosterone is because when your insulin levels are high, it lowers your overall levels of the male hormone. This is because your body is trying to keep your hormones balanced – the more you have of one, the less you have of another. It’s due to a process known as homeostasis.
Supplementing Fenugreek can help keep your insulin levels under control which allows your body to balance your hormones in favor of your testosterone levels.
It would work very well in here.
Safety Check: Are there any side effects in Titan TRT?
Despite the ingredients not being as could as they could be, you shouldn’t be that concerned about side effects.
All the ingredients in here are completely natural and we haven’t heard any reports of it causing side effects.
However, we cannot speak for everyone. If you have any pre-existing conditions or want to ensure total safety you should speak to your doctor before using this supplement.
Directions: How are the servings this testosterone booster?
There’s only one serving a day in Titan TRT, which may not be the most effective way to boost testosterone.
Why? Because a single serving only lasts for a few hours. This means you’re not getting a constant supply of the nutrients you need to keep your testosterone levels on the rise.
You would be better with a testosterone booster that has 3 – 4 servings a day. This gives you a more timely supply to help your T grow.
Is this the best Testosterone Booster?
No. There’s better:

Review Summary: Is TestoUltra Alpha’s Titan TRT effective?
This isn’t one of the more effective testosterone booster’s that we’ve come across on the market.
Honestly, we think Titan TRT needs a shakeup of its ingredients, removing a lot of the weaker choices in favor of something with better studies behind it.
From our review of this supplement, this is what you need to know:
- Some Ineffective Ingredients – Not all ingredients in here help to promote testosterone.
- Proprietary Blend – You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting or how effective it really is.
- Missing Core Nutrients – More study backed ingredients would help this supplement.
- Servings Could Be Higher – One a day may not be enough for effective testosterone boosting.
Muxcle’s Verdict:
As you can see, a lot of improvements may have to be made to this supplement before we can recommend that you add it to your stack.
