What does EVLUTION Nutrition’s EVLTEST do?
Made by EVLUTION Nutrition, this is an all natural testosterone booster that has been claimed to help:
- Promote Testosterone
- Increase Energy
- Boost Muscle Mass
- Support Libido
But how well will it work for you?
In this review, we look closer at EVLTEST to see how effective it really is.
This is what we’ve found:
What you need to know about the ingredients in EVLTEST:
There are some good choices – we just wish there were more.
On the whole, there’s only 4 ingredients in EVLTEST that will really give support to your testosterone levels here.
A lot of the other nutrients used only either have a supporting effects or barely any impact at all.
It’s not your best option.
Here’s what you need to know:
Vitamin D
One of the best natural vitamins for testosterone boosting – but is there enough here?
Studies have shown that Vitamin D3 is technically a hormone, and closely linked to promoting both testosterone and bone health.
However, for maximum testosterone boosting, studies have shown you need 3300 IUs or over of the Vitamin on a regular basis.
1000 IUs a day may not be enough.
Magnesium
One of the better minerals for improving free testosterone.
Magnesium works by inhibiting SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin). This is the protein that binds to testosterone and strips it of any anabolic potency – essentially what makes it work.
By lowering the amount of active SHBG in your system, more testosterone can circulate in your system and be available to you.
Zinc
A good mineral for testosterone production.
Zinc has been seen in numerous studies to help increase your body’s supply of the luteinzing hormone (LH).
LH is the precursor to both growth hormone and testosterone. The more of it you have in your system the better.
D-Aspartic Acid
Working in a similar way to Zinc, DAA has also been seen to work through reactions in your body to create LH.
By promoting the overall amount of LH in your body, your testosterone levels will increase at a faster rate.
Tribulus
A poor option here that has been used in the supplements industry for far too long.
Tribulus was originally thought to help boost testosterone levels – however studies have shown differently.
This herb has been seen to have little to no effect on male T-levels, and at most may only be able to mildly boost libido.
But yet it is still used constantly in Test Boosters. This is a bad habit that needs to change.
Fenugreek
One of the better choices for libido – but this herb can also help with testosterone levels.
By helping to regulate blood sugar, Fenugreek may aid in lowering insulin levels.
Insulin is known to directly effect and lower testosterone levels. The less you have of it the better, and Fenugreek can help get you there.
DIM
Not a great option for testosterone.
DIM is extracted from green vegetables like broccoli. It’s believed to work as an aromatase inhibitor (estrogen suppressant).
However, studies have shown that it may not have much of an effect. More research is needed to be done.
Ingredient Profile Overview:
Although it has some good ingredients – this is a very stripped back testosterone booster.
The only appealing nutrients are the Zinc, Magneisum, DAA and Fenugreek – the rest of these nutrients aren’t so great.
Don’t get us wrong – those 4 are good – but there are only four of them.
More competent t-boosters like Oyster Extract, Stinging Nettle, Asian Ginseng and more could be added to make EVLTEST more potent.
It’s not the best option.
Are there any side effects with EVLTEST?
Although the ingredients seem safe – we believe there might be a problem with the serving directions.
EVLTEST is advised to be taken on an empty stomach before bed – however the DAA is supposed to be taken with food.
Following EVLTEST’s orders here may lead to general stomach cramps and nausea.
From experience, we can tell you it’s an awful feeling.
How effectively dosed are the servings?
Not very at all. There’s only 1 a day.
Although this may sound convenient. It’s not for your testosterone.
For effective testosterone boosting, your body needs to be constantly topped up and supplied with the nutrients they need to grow.
With 24 hour gaps between servings – there are huge spaces between dosages and give your T-levels and opportunity to drop back down to their baseline levels.
It’s not a good option.
Ideally what you need is that constant supply, be on the look out for T-boosters that supply 3 – 4 servings a day.
This will keep you on track with you T steadily on the rise.

EVLUTION Nutrition EVLTEST Review Conclusion – Is it effective?
On the whole, this isn’t the best natural testosterone booster on the market.
From our review of EVLTEST, here’s the information you need:
- Some ineffective ingredients – Nutrients like Tribulus with no good evidence let this product down.
- Potential Side Effects – The directions to take this T-booster on an empty stomach could cause side effects.
- Missing Core Ingredients – It has a stripped back nutrient profile. More could be added to make it effective.
Muxcle’s Verdict:
EVLTEST does have some good ingredients, but it’s definitely not the best option that you could add to your stack.
