What does Vine Nutrition Dream Ease do?
This is our Vine Nutrition Dream Ease review, a sleeping pill with claims to promote:
- Long Sleep
- Deep Sleep
- Feeling More Refreshed in the Morning
But how well will it work for you?
In this review, we look closer at this supplement to see how effective it really is.
This is what we’ve found…
What you need to know about the Vine Nutrition Dream Ease ingredients:
There are a lot of them – but for the most part they are good.
Many of the ingredients help promote melatonin, while others help with mood and mindset to make it easier for you to fall asleep.
However, there’s always room for improvement.
Below, we have our write up of the ingredients in Vine Nutrition Dream Ease along with a summary and suggestions for it.
This is what you need to know:
This is a good way to start Vine Nutrition Dream Ease.
Magnesium is good for numerous functions in your body, and overall health. However, it can also help with sleep.
So, how does it help there?
One of the main advantages of Magnesium is that it can help out as a muscle relaxant. This can calm any involuntary twitches or spasms that you may do during your sleep.
By reducing those, you can help prevent one of those twitches from waking you up in the middle of the night. This can allow you to sleep deeper and more peacefully for longer.
Another good choice in Vine Nutrition Dream Ease. L-Theanine is an amino acid that can help promote sleep.
It’s commonly found in herbs like Green Tea and is completely natural.
So how does it help you drift off at night?
It all comes down to the hormones this amino acid can help promote. Supplementing L-Theanine can help increase your overall levels of serotonin, dopamine and GABA.
It’s the sertonin in here that we’re interested in the most.
Why? Because your body can convert it into Melatonin – the sleep regulating hormone.
Having this kind of nutrient in your system is great for ensuring you have a better night’s sleep.
This isn’t the strongest choice in Vine Nutrition Dream Ease.
Don’t get us wrong, GABA is a hormone that occurs naturally in your body. It can also help promote relaxation which can get you in the right state of mind to fall asleep – however, it may not be the best to supplement.
It might be hard for your body to absorb when supplemented directly. Studies show that when taking GABA, there’s sometimes difficulty for it to cross your blood-brain barrier.
If it can’t do that it’s not going to work. We wouldn’t have too much confidence in this ingredient to help with your sleep in this supplement.
This isn’t going to help with sleep directly in Vine Nutrition Dream Ease, but it could help with the supplement as a whole.
Phellodendron is also known as CorkTree and it is a traditional Chinese herb that is traditionally used to treat bone pain and inflammation.
There’s not a lot of clinical research to confirm that it works. However, if it does it may help to increase your overall nutrient and blood flow. This can help with absorbing more of the ingredients in this supplement, making it more effective in general.
But more research is needed before you can have that kind of confidence in it.
This is one of the more effective ingredients in Vine Nutrition Dream Ease.
Mucuna Pruriens (often called as Velvet Bean) have two main advantages when it comes to helping you sleep.
The first is that it is an anti-stressor nutrient. It can help to decrease your levels of cortisol – which is your stress hormone. In doing so you’ll feel less anxious, and calmer. Which is great for an effective mindset to help you get to sleep.
The second benefit is that it can help to increase your serotonin levels. Your body loves turning serotonin into melatonin. Not only will you get a mood boost, but it will be much easier for you to fall asleep.
Mucuna Pruriens are a definitely a good choice in this supplement.
5-HTP (5 Hydroxytrptophan)
Also known as Tryptophan, this is a strong ingredient for sleep in Vine Nutrition Dream Ease.
So, how does it work?
It’s an amino acid that your body converts into serotonin. As you already know, more serotonin in your body means it will use it to make more melatonin.
This is great at is the sleep regulating hormone and will contribute to giving you an easier time of getting to sleep.
This is the hormone we’ve been mentioning a lot in this review, and the final ingredient in Vine Nutrition Dream Ease.
Melatonin is your body’s natural sleep regulating hormone. The more healthy your levels of this are, the more support you have for an effective sleep.
Not only that, it can also help in other ways. Melatonin has studies which show it to help eye health, along with supporting your gut, heart and immune system. It can do a lot of things.
We’re just slightly concerned if the Melatonin in here is natural or not. A lot of supplements seem to use synthetic melatonin. We don’t know if the melatonin in here is natural.
The problem is that the real stuff is a lot more effective. It’s commonly found in foods like Tart Cherries and Radishes. We’re hoping the melatonin in here is completely natural.
Nutrient Profile Overview:
On the whole, Vine Nutrition Dream Ease has some great ingredients for promoting sleep.
Magnesium, L-Theanine, 5-HTP, Melatonin and Mucuna Pruriens are all good for promoting sleep.
However, we are curious if that Melatonin is natural.
If we could improve this supplement in anyway, we’d replace the Melatonin with something like Tart Cherries.
This way you know you’re getting a good supply of natural melatonin which will give you the best effects for a good night’s sleep.
It’s still one of the better sleep aids out there though.
Vine Nutrition Dream Ease Side Effects – Are there any?
All the ingredients in here are dosed within safe ranges. We haven’t heard any reports of them causing problems.
That said, we can’t speak for everyone. If you have concerns, you should always speak to your doctor before using it.
