What does NutraChamps DREAMRITE do?

This is our NutraChamps DREAMRITE review, a sleeping pill with claims to promote:

  • Longer Sleeps
  • Deep Sleep
  • Feeling More Refreshed in the Morning

But how well will it work for you?

In this review, we look closer at this supplement to see how effective it really is.

This is what we’ve found:

What you need to know about the NutraChamps DREAMRITE ingredients:

There are numerous good ingredients in here, but we do think a few improvements could be made.

Don’t get us wrong, there are many ingredients in here which can help promote sleep as well as giving you the right mindset to fall asleep faster.

However, a few changes could be made to some of the ingredients dosages and effectiveness.

Below, we have our write up of the ingredients and our summary on NutraChamps DREAMRITE.

This is what you need to know:nutrachamps-dreamrite-side-effects

Magnesium

This is a great start to NutraChamps DREAMRITE.

Magnesium is a mineral which doesn’t directly promote sleep, but it can help in other ways.

Like how?

Besides from helping with your essential bodily functions, Magnesium can help promote muscle relaxation.

This helps you a lot when it comes to sleep. By helping to relax your muscles, Magnesium can prevent muscle twitches and spasms during your sleep.

This can stop you from waking yourself up in the night, and gives you longer undisturbed sleep.

Valerian

This is another option in NutraChamps DREAMRITE that doesn’t directly help with sleep.

So, how does Valerian help you?

Studies show that Valerian does not have sedative properties – which means it can’t but you to sleep. It can however, reduce anxiety and promote your overall calmness.

This is good because it can help put you in the right mental state to get ready for sleep, and makes the process easier for you to drift off.

It’s a nice touch in this supplement.

Chamomile & Passion Flower

These ingredients have been put together in this review as they have similar effects.

So what do they do?

Although they are both though to promote sleep – you’ll commonly see them both in nighttime teas, studies show it doesn’t actually do this. Not in these dosages anyway.

They’re supposed to promote sleep because they both contain Apigenin. This can promote sleep, but only in very high amounts. Studies show that for Apigenin to sedate you, you need between 30 – 100mg of it per KG of your body weight.

There’s not enough in here to achieve that.

However, Chamomile and Passion Flower can help promote calmness and help reduce anxiety.

This can help with getting you to that state of mind where it is easier for you to fall asleep.

L-Theanine

This is a better choice in NutraChamps DREAMRITE.

Why? Because it has a better chance of directly promoting your sleep.

L-Theanine is an amino acid which is commonly found in herbs like Green Tea.

When your body absorbs it, L-Theanine helps to promote your body’s overall levels of dopamine, GABA and serotonin.

These are all your body’s ‘feel good’ hormones, but we especially appreciate the serotonin.

Your body can convert serotonin into melatonin – this is the hormone which regulates your sleep.

By helping your body to produce more natural melatonin, you’ll find it easier to fall asleep.

Lemon Balm

This isn’t as effective as L-Theanine in NutraChamps DREAMRITE, but it can still help to some degree.

So, what does it do?

Lemon Balm has claims to promote calmness, cognition and to reduce anxiety.

However, studies show that this may not be the case. There’s no solid proof that Lemon Balm effectively promotes cognition.

That said, there’s a lot more evidence for it helping with reducing anxiety and restoring calmness.

This is good for helping you achieve that ideal mindset for falling asleep. It doesn’t directly promote sleep, but it does everything to get you ready for it.

Hops Extract

This is potentially a better choice in NutraChamps DREAMRITE, but more research may need to be done.

Hops has a common use for brewing beer, however, there’s some thought that supplementing it may help promote sleep.

A study which looks at subjects drinking non-alcoholic beer made with hops before going to shows that they have a better night’s sleep.

This is a good indication that hops can help, but there’s no study which shows the results of direct supplementation.

More research may need to be done before this can be confirmed.

Tryptophan

This is a much better, and more studied option in NutraChamps DREAMRITE.

Tryptophan is an amino acid which can help promote sleep.

How?

Because your body can convert it into serotonin rather easily. Not only does this help mood, but as we’ve already discussed, this is easy for your body to turn into melatonin.

It can help promote your overall sleep length and quality.

GABA

This isn’t the most reliable option in NutraChamps DREAMRITE.

GABA is a naturally occuring hormone in your body which helps promote relaxation. It can help get you in the mood for sleep.

However, supplementing it directly isn’t always the best idea.

Studies show that supplementing GABA is unreliable when it comes to working. There’s difficulty for it crossing your blood-brain barrier.

If it can’t cross over to your brain, you’re not going to get the full benefits.

It isn’t the best option in this supplement.

Melatonin

This is a good option in NutraChamps DREAMRITE. As we’ve already covered, Melatonin is literally your body’s sleep regulating hormone.

By keeping your Melatonin levels healthy, it can be easier and faster for you to fall asleep. It can also help you sleep for longer periods of time undisturbed.

Not only that, Melatonin can also help with your eye health, heart, gut, immune system and more.

We just have a concern over whether or not the Melatonin in here is natural.

A lot of supplement manufacturers choose synthetic melatonin as it is cheaper to product. The problem is that it isn’t as effective as the real thing.

If a source was stated, this would help us a lot.nutrachamps-dreamrite-results

Nutrient Profile Overview:

On the whole, NutraChamps DREAMRITE has some great ingredients.

We like the L-Theanine, Magnesium, Tryptophan and Melatonin (but we’d love to know the source of it).

If this supplement chose to replace the Melatonin with a nutrient with a concentrated source of melatonin like Tart Cherries, this would make it look a lot better in our book.

Aside from that, our main issues are with the Chamomile and Passion Flower. Their Apignenin dosages are too low for it to have a serious effect on sedation.

Not only that the GABA is a tough one to cross over to your brain. These problems are major, just some streamlining is needed to the main ingredient profile.

NutraChamps DREAMRITE Side Effects – Are there any?

We don’t believe so. None of the ingredients have links to causing side effects at these dosages.

You shouldn’t run into any problems from supplementing it.

That said, we can’t speak for everyone. If you’re concerned, we suggest you speak to your doctor before using it.

Is this the Best Sleep Supplement?

No. There’s better:

We review an endless amount of sleep supplements on the market every month, trying to find for the best option out there for you.

NutraChamps DREAMRITE Review Summary – Is it effective?

Overall, there are some good ingredients here, but it’s not the best we’ve seen.

From our NutraChamps DREAMRITE review, this is what you need to know:

  1. Under Dosed in Places – The Chamomile and Passion Flower will not sedate you at these dosages.
  2. Melatonin Source Unclear – The Melatonin may not be natural.
  3. Potentially Ineffective Ingredient – GABA is known to be unreliable.

Muxcle’s Verdict:

As you can see, this is a good sleeping pill – but it isn’t the best we’d recommend adding to your stack.
