What does Gym Nutrition DRAW OUT do?
This is our Gym Nutrition DRAW OUT review, a pre workout with claims to promote:
- Muscle Pumps
- Power Output
But how well will it work for you?
In this review, we look closer at this supplement to see how effective it really is.
This is what we’ve found:
What you need to know about the Gym Nutrition DRAW OUT ingredients:
There are plenty of ingredients in this supplement. A lot of them can help your workouts, and the dosages look great.
However, some of them may do more harm than good with links to causing side effects.
Below, we have our write up of the main ingredients in Gym Nutrition DRAW OUT along with our summary and suggestions on how to improve it.
This is what you need to know:
This is a great start to Gym Nutrition DRAW OUT, and it’s very well dosed too.
L-Citrulline is an amino acid that your body converts into Arginine. This is important as Arginine is great for improving your overall blood flow, endurance and muscle pumps. Not only that, your body struggles to absorb it, so using Citrulline as a precursor is a great idea.
For Citrulline to work, you need a lot of it. Doses between 6000 – 8000mg seem to work the best in studies. With 6000mg in here, you should have more than enough to see good results.
This more of a supporting ingredient in Gym Nutrition DRAW OUT. It won’t really help performance, but it can help you in other ways.
So, what can it do?
Taurine can mainly help with blood and nutrient flow. This can help you to get more out of the ingredients in this supplement and activate at a faster rate.
This however, may not be a great option in Gym Nutrition DRAW OUT. It does have some advantages, but it can also cause side effects.
So, what does it do?
Studies show that supplementing Norvaline can prevent your body from stopping the production of Nitric Oxide, once it gets to certain level.
This means ingredients like Citrulline which can increase your Nitric Oxide levels and muscle pumps will last a lot longer in your system.
It can allow you to get more out of your pump, for a longer more enjoyable gym session.
This is a good support in Gym Nutrition DRAW OUT.
Panax Ginseng can also help to improve nitric oxide levels to some degree. This can also help with blood flow, muscle pumps and endurance.
It’s good to see in here.
Another ingredient which seems to work more as a support in Gym Nutrition DRAW OUT.
Black Pepper can help to promote nutrient absorption and blood flow. In a similar way to Taurine, it can help you get more out of this supplement’s ingredients and absorb it at a faster rate.
This however, is not a good option in Gym Nutrition DRAW OUT.
Citrus Aurantium has claims to promote fat loss and energy levels. This is mainly because it contains Synephrine, a component in Citrus Aurantium which is structurally similar to the banned substance ephedrine.
Studies haven’t shown much in terms of it working – but there are many reports of it causing side effects.
We’ll cover more of what the risks are with this in our side effects section later.
Nutrient Profile Overview:
On the whole, there are some good ingredients in Gym Nutrition DRAW OUT, but it could be improved.
We like the Citrulline, Ginseng and Black Pepper. However we feel like ingredients such as Norvaline and Citrus Aurantium could cause side effects.
There are better options out there which could help replace it.
What ingredients could help improve Gym Nutrition DRAW OUT?
In our opinion, Creatine, L-Carnitine, Red Beet, Coconut Water and L-Theanine would all work well in here.
For example, Creatine can help promote your body’s levels of ATP. This is important as ATP is the resource that your muscles use for energy. It’s crucial to working out.
The more ATP you have in your system, the better the performance out of your muscles. This can help with power output, endurance, energy and even focus.
It would work very well in here.
Whereas L-Carnitine would help more with energy. It is a stimulant free amino acid.
Supplementing L-Carnitine can help promote your overall levels of energy, metabolism and even focus. It would be a good addition here.
Red Beets would help too, and support the Citrulline in this product.
Beets can help promote your overall levels of the plasma nitrate in your blood. This can help with both blood flow and endurance. It can help your overall performance in the gym.
Coconut Water would be a good option too. It contains a range of minerals which can help promote electrolytes in your body. This can help with muscle responses and general performance. That would help a lot here.
Finally, L-Theanine would help you too. It’s an amino acid that can help promote the relaxation hormones in your body like serotonin and dopamine. This can help you to concentrate for longer and be more focused in the gym.
It would be better if ingredients like this were in this product.
Gym Nutrition DRAW OUT Side Effects – Are there any?
The two ingredients you should have concerns with here are the Norvaline and the Citrus Aurantium.
First, let’s look at the Norvaline. There have been numerous reports of it causing side effects.
Whereas the Synephrine in Citrus Aurantium also causes similar problems. Not can it casue the same symptoms as Norvaline but it may also raise your heartrate and blood pressure.
This is not what you want while you’re trying to workout.
Could you take more than one serving at once of Gym Nutrition DRAW OUT?
We wouldn’t recommend it.
There’s plenty of high dosages in here already. There’s 6000mg of Citrulline, that’s huge. Plus with the potential side effects from the Norvaline and Citrus Aurantium, it would be better to play it safe.
If you’re still considering it, we suggest you speak to your doctor first.
