There are some good options in here, but we do think some improvements could be made.
Legion Recharge has a good angle on improving focus, but more could be done when it comes to re-hydration and electrolytes.

This is what you need to know:
Calcium
This is a smart addition to Legion Recharge, and one that we’re glad to see in here.
Calcium is often overlooked when people think of a post workout supplement. However, it shouldn’t be.
After you exercise, much like other minerals in your body, your calcium levels drop. In response, your body starts to take small amounts of calcium from your bones.
If you’re training a lot, it can put your bones at risk. By supplementing it, you can help your body have all the calcium it needs to reduce this problem.
It’s a good addition to see in here.
Creatine Monohydrate
Another good choice in Legion Recharge.
Again, as you lose calcium, you also drop ATP after a workout.
ATP is a component in your body that you muscles use for energy. After a workout, they’re low and you can end up feeling stiff and damaged.
By supplementing Creatine, you can help restore your ATP levels which can help refuel your muscles and get some strength back in them quickly.
This can help speed up recovery, and protect them from further damage.
L-Carnitine L-Tartrate
This is a good supporting ingredient in Legion Recharge.
L-Carnitine can help in numerous ways. Studies show that this amino acid is good for promoting energy, metabolism and focus.
The energy and focus are what we’re looking for here. After a long session, you can feel weak and sluggish throughout the day.
By using a good supply of Carnitine you can help raise your energy levels and be able to concentrate for longer.
This helps a lot if you typically workout in the morning or afternoon and have a lot more to do after the gym.
We like that it is in here.
Corosolic Acid (Banaba Leaf)
This is more of a supporting nutrient in Legion Recharge.
Corosolic Acid comes from the Banaba Leaf. It’s an anti-inflammatory which can help to reduce swelling and irritation.
By reducing your inflamed muscles, Corosolic Acid allows more nutrients to pass through your body at a time. This can help your muscles to get the help they need much quicker after a workout.
It’s good to see in here, but there are other nutrients out there which can do this a little better.
Nutrient Profile Overview:
On the whole, Legion Recharge does have some good ingredients – but it seems to be missing certain aspects.
We like the Calcium, Creatine and Carnitine – and can see how the Corosolic Acid can help flow, but there are better options. Also, there’s not enough here to help electrolytes that would be lost after a tough workout.
So, what could be added to Legion Recharge?
We think Himalayan Salt, Coconut Water, and potentially Pomegranate would all be good choices for this supplement.
Himalayan Salt and Coconut Water being the main options here. They’re both packed with good electrolytes. The salt has sodium chloride along with various other minerals like potassium, magnesium and calcium.
Whereas Coconut Water also has a good supply of sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium. It can also help by supplying you with a little glucose. This a great option for rehydration.
Together they have enough to rival a sports drink in terms of benefits – without the artificial additives.
Pomegranate on the other hand can help with nutrient flow to muscles – which supports growth after a hard session.
It’s a shame more ingredients like this aren’t added into this supplement.
Legion Recharge Side Effects – Are there any?
Not that we can see, all the ingredients in here are completely natural with no links to side effects.
You shouldn’t run into any problems from supplementing this product.
That said, we can’t say that’s true for everyone. If you’re concerned about taking this supplement, you should speak to your doctor before using it.

Legion Recharge Review Summary – Is it effective?
Overall, this is a good post workout, but it isn’t the best we’ve seen on the market.
From our Legion Recharge review, this is what you need to know:
Not enough Electrolyte Support – More study backed electrolyte boosters could be added to this supplement.
Adding something like Coconut Water or Himalayan Salt would help a lot in this product.
Not only that, another anti-inflammatory like Pomegranate would work well too.
Muxcle’s Verdict:
As you can see, this isn’t the best post workout supplement that we would suggest adding to your stack.
