What does Evertrain POST do?
This is our Evertrain POST review, a post workout supplement with claims to promote:
- Muscle Mass
- Recovery
- Effective Rest
But how well will it work for you?
In this review, we look closer at this supplement to see how well it really works.

What you need to know about the Evertrain POST ingredients:
There’s a lot in here, which all help in their own way.
However, some are more effective than others. We think some improvements could be made.
Below, we have our view on the main ingredients in Evertrain POST along with our summary and suggestions on how to improve it.
This is what you need to know:
Vitamin Bs
These are a nice touch in Evertrain POST, but won’t make too much difference overall.
Vitamin Bs are used for various functions in your body including your immune system, energy and metabolism.
After a hard workout, you may be running low on your overall levels of Vitamin B. Supplementing it can help restore it and give you an added energy boost.
It won’t a great amount of difference, but it may be enough to make you feel fresher than you were when you first finished your workout.
BCAAs (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine)
This is a nice addition to Evertrain POST. We have grouped all three together, as they all work together. They’re all BCAAs.
So, what do BCAAs (Brach Chain Amino Acids) do?
These are nutrients that your body can use to help promote your overall protein synthesis.
This means that your body can use the protein you consume more effectively when it comes to building muscle after a workout.
L-Leucine is the ingredient that helps the most out of three. Research shows this is the option that synthesizes the protein.
Whereas, L-Isoleucine helps with glucose uptake to the cells, which helps the process happen smoothly.
But surprisingly there’s not a lot of research which confirms what L-Valine actually does. All that’s known is that it is part of the process.
Regardless, they’re still all good to see in here.
Natural Betaine
This is the main component that is found in Red Beets, and can help a lot in Evertrain POST.
What does it do?
Betain can help promote your overall levels of plasma nitrate in your blood.
This can work as both a pre workout and post workout. As a pre workout it can help push more blood and nutrients into your muscles which can help improve power output and endurance.
Whereas as a Post Workout the blood and nutrient flow can nourish your muscles faster after a tough workout.
It’s a good ingredient in this supplement.
L-Glutamine
This however, is not an effective choice in Evertrain POST.
L-Glutamine is an amino acid that your intestines and immune system use as an energy resource. It’s useful, but won’t do much as a post workout aside from keeping those two functions going at full speed.
However, some supplement companies claim that it may work well as a muscle builder.
This is partially true – but not when it comes to exercise.
Glutamine can help promote muscle mass if you’re in some kind of trauma. Studies show it works if you’re suffering from a wound (e.g. stab wound or burn), as it helps to build back what’s damaged. The only other case that it works in is cases where the subject suffers from a muscle wastage disease (e.g. AIDS).
There’s no proof to show that it works for exercises muscles.
Beta Alanine
This is an ingredient in Evertrain POST which is usually used in pre workouts.
Beta Alanine helps to buffer the acid in your muscles which can help promote your overall endurance.
For post workout however, it can help in a similar way. By buffering the acid in your muscles, it can help get more blood and nutrients to them which can help repair them at a faster rate.
Coconut Water
This is a great addition to Evertrain POST. Coconut Water is fantastic chioce for a post workout.
Why? Because it can help with your electrolytes. Coconut Water contains an electrolyte profile of sodium, magnesium, potassium and calcium which can help to restore what you’ve lost during a workout.
This can help with sending signals to your muscles.
Studies show that Coconut Water is just as effective most isotonic sports drinks – with the added benefit of having no artificial ingredients.
It’s a great addition in here and will make plenty of difference.
Whole Tart Cherry
This is a nutrient which can help with rest and recovery after a workout.
How exactly does it help in Evertrain POST?
Whole Tart Cherries are a great natural supply of melatonin. Melatonin is your body’s sleep regulating hormone.
By increasing your melatonin levels, you can help ensure you get a better and longer night’s sleep. It can also help you to feel more refreshed in the morning.
Panax Notoginseng
This is more of a supporting ingredient in Evertrain POST.
Ginseng can help to promote blood and nutrient flow to the muscles which can help with recovery after a workout.
This can help speedup how quickly your muscles can get nourishment after training.
Nutrient Profile Overview:
On the whole, Evertrain POST does have some good ingredients, but it doesn’t have the best nutrient profile we have seen.
Don’t get us wrong, we like the Coconut Water and BCAAs a lot. But we think more ingredients could be used to help support the rest of this supplement.
What could help Evertrain POST?
The main ingredients that spring to mind for us are Creatine, Himalayan Salt and Pomegranate Extract.
Creatine being our primary recommendation. It’s great for refueling your ATP. ATP is a resource in your body that your muscles use for energy. You deplete a lot of it while exercising.
Supplementing Creatine can help restore energy in your muscles and also help improve recovery time, while also helping you to feel more refreshed throughout the day.
Whereas Himalayan Salt provides more electrolytes that can help support the Coconut Water and even help with absorption. This can help you feel more restored after a session at a faster rate than normal.
Finally, Pomegranate can help by reducing oxidative stress to your body. This can help prevent more muscle damage and start the recovery process. Not only that, it’s an anti inflammatory which can help more nutrients to pass through to your muscles and help them recover faster.
It’s a shame more ingredients like this weren’t added to this supplement.
Evertrain POST Side Effects – Are there any?
Not that we can see, all the ingredients in here are completely natural.
You shouldn’t run into any side effects – especially at these doses.
That said, we can’t speak for everyone out there. If you are concerned we suggest you speak to your doctor before purchasing.

Evertrain POST Review Summary – Is it effective?
Overall, this isn’t the best post workout that we’ve seen on the market, although it does have some good ingredients.
From our Evertrain POST review, this is what you need to know:
- Missing Core Nutrients – More recovery aids could be added to this supplement.
- No serious ATP support – An ingredient like Creatine would help promote ATP.
- Some Ineffective Ingredients – Glutamine doesn’t work well for promoting muscle mass post workout.
