What does Ram Advantage NEURO Z3 do?
This is our Ram Advantage NEURO Z3 review, a nootropic with claims to promote:
But how well does it really work?
In this review, we look closer at this supplement to see how effective it really is.
This is what we’ve found…
What you need to know about the Ram Advantage NEURO Z3 ingredients:
We have a slight problem with supplement, and that’s it’s proprietary blend.
A proprietary blend is when a supplement manufacturer chooses to hide the individual dosages of the ingredients in their product.
Instead they group them all together under one larger value. You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting or how effective it is overall.
That said, there are some good ingredients in here, but improvements could be made.
Below, we have our write up of the main ingredients in this supplement along with our summary and suggestions on how to improve it.
This is what you need to know:
This is a good start to Ram Advantage NEURO Z3.
L-Carnitine is a good amino acid in this nootropic and can help you in numerous ways.
Studies show that it is good for helping with your energy levels, metabolism and most importantly focus.
It’s a good way to give your cognition that extra boost. However, you need a lot for it to work. Studies recommend that you need between 500 – 2500mg per serving to get the best results out of this ingredient.
As this is a proprietary blend, you’re unlikely to get enough out of this supplement.
This is a great addition to Ram Advantage NEURO Z3.
It’s an amino acid which can help reduce your overall levels of your stress hormone cortisol.
When your cortisol levels are high, it’s a lot harder for you to concentrate. You’re more stressed, anxious, unfocused, and generally uneasy.
By reducing your overall levels of cortisol, it’ll be easier for you concentrate for longer periods of time.
This isn’t the best option in Ram Advantage NEURO Z3, but it can help to some degree in this nootropic stack.
Alpha GPC is a nutrient which can help reduce cognitive decline, but it helps more with power output.
It’s more commonly used by athletes to improve your performance in the gym. You’ll find this nutrient does more for your body than your mind.
It’s still a good option in here.
This is a much better option in Ram Advantage NEURO Z3.
L-Theanine is an amino acid that is found in things like Green Tea. It’s great for cognition.
So, what does it do?
It increases your overall levels of the relaxation hormones in your brain like dopamine, serotonin and GABA.
The more of these you have in your system, the calmer and more collected you are throughout the day.
It’s fantastic for high pressure work environments.
Toothed Clubmoss (Huperzine A)
This however, is not a great choice in Ram Advantage NEURO Z3.
Toothed Clubmoss is used mainly because it contains Huperzine A. Huperzine A is a nutrient with claims to promote focus and cognition.
However, studies show that although it may have some benefit, it’s easy for your body to build a tolerance to. This means it isn’t appropriate for long term use.
There’s also some thought that it may cause side effects, but more research is required before this can be confirmed.
Nutrient Profile Overview:
On the whole, this stack doesn’t haven’t the best ingredients that we have seen in a nootropic stack.
The first problem is the proprietary blend. You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting so how can you know how effective it really is?
Don’t get us wrong, we like the L-Tyrosine in this supplement. However, we think more needs to be added to this nootropic.
What could help improve Ram Advantage NEURO Z3?
Several ingredients that would help this nootropic include CDP-Choline, Maritime Pine Bark, Bacopa Monnieri, Phosphatidylserine and Rhodiola Rosea.
For example, CDP-Choline can help strengthen the learning neurotransmitters in your brain which can help promote your focus and memory.
Bacopa Monnieri is would be good too. Studies show its effective for promoting your memory recall as well as reducing anxiety.
Phosphatidylserine can also help. There’s a lot of research into it which shows it has 4 main benefits when it comes to cognition. It can help boost your mood, memory, focus and even help prevent cognitive decline.
It’s a shame more ingredients like this have not been added to this stack.
Ram Advantage NEURO Z3 Side Effects – Are there any?
Not that we can see, all the ingredients in here are completely natural with no proof of it causing side effects.
There is some debate over Huperzine A, but more research will decide that.
We think you’re unlikely to experience side effects from supplementing this stack. We can’t speak for everyone, if you have concerns you should speak to your doctor before supplementing this product.

Ram Advantage NEURO Z3 Review Summary – Is it effective?
Overall, this isn’t the best nootropic that we’ve come across on the market.
From our Ram Advantage NEURO Z3 review, this is what you need to know:
- Proprietary Blend – You don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting or how effective it really is.
- Missing Core Nutrients – More study backed nootropics could be added to this supplement.
- Some Ineffective Ingredients – Not all the ingredients in this supplement are backed by studies.
