There are some good ingredients in here that will help with your cognition.
However, we’re not fans of the Caffeine in here (for reasons we will go into later).
That said, we think a few improvements could be made.

This isn’t the best start to Enhanced Athlete GENIUS, but it can help to some degree.
Research shows that supplementing Alpha GPC can help your cognition to some extent, but the real benefit comes from physical performance.
Supplementing Alpha GPC can help improve your overall power output. This can increase your strength and endurance during workouts.
This is where the ‘Enhanced Athlete’ side of this nootropic comes into play.
If you don’t train it won’t make a whole lot of difference, however if you do, it’s a great bonus to this nootropic.
This is a fantastic addition to Enhanced Athlete GENIUS.
Bacopa Monnieri is a well-researched and effective cognitive booster.
Studies show that supplementing Bacopa can help to improve your memory recall while also reducing your overall levels of anxiety.
This makes it great to use on work days where you need to stay collected under high amounts of pressure.
This isn’t a great addition to Enhanced Athlete GENIUS.
Caffeine is a good stimulant – but we’re not fans of it in nootropics.
Because although Caffeine can help improve your energy and focus, the effects are only temporary. Not only that but it can also cause an energy crash once the effects have worn off.
This could hurt your productivity and cognition more than it helps it.
This however is not a good option in Enhanced Athlete GENIUS.
Huperzine comes from the Clubmoss plant. It’s thought to work as a cognitive booster, however, studies show it’s easy to build a tolerance too.
This means it may not be suitable for you to have it for long term use.
Not only that, some researchers claim that it may even cause side effects. However, there is not enough research out here to confirm it.
It’s not the strongest addition to this supplement.
This is a good supporting ingredient in Enhanced Athlete GENIUS.
Vinpocetine is a nutrient which comes from the Periwinkle plant. Studies show that supplementing this can help promote your overall blood flow and memory.
This makes it good for recall, while improving your overall absorption of the main ingredients in this supplement. It’s a good addition here.
Nutrient Profile Overview:
On the whole, Enhanced Athlete GENIUS doesn’t have the best ingredients that we have seen in a nootropic.
Don’t get us wrong, the Bacopa and Vinpocetine are great in here, but we’re not crazy about the Caffeine. We think a few more ingredients could help improve it.
What could be added to Enhanced Athlete GENIUS?
Several ingredients we think could help this supplement include Phosphatidylserine, L-Tyrosine, L-Theanine and Rhodiola Rosea.
For example, Phosphatidylserine can help with cognition in numerous ways. Once absorbed by your body, studies show that it can help to promote mood, memory, focus and even prevent cognitive decline. It would be a great choice in here.
While L-Tyrosine is an anti stressor amino acid. It can help to reduce your body’s overall levels of the stress hormone cortisol.
When your cortisol levels are high, it’s harder for you to focus, you feel more anxious and generally uneasy. By reducing it you can help improve your cognition and concentration.
L-Theanine can help to raise relaxation hormones in your body like serotonin, dopamine and GABA. The more of this you have in your system, the more calm and focused you are throughout the day.
Finally, Rhodiola Rosea is a scandinavian herb which can help promote feelings of well-being. It can also help to reduce fatigue and feelings of depression. It’s a good mood nutrient that we would’ve liked to have seen in here.
It’s a shame more ingredients like this aren’t added to this supplement.
Enhanced Athlete GENIUS Side Effects – Are there any?
Not that we can see. The only thing that we’re concerned about here is the Caffeine. It won’t cause any side effects, but it could lead to energy crashes.
It’s not an ideal choice in here if you want a full day of productivity.
