Not much happening on-site this week in Muxcle.com, but we do have a lot of good stuff happening behind the scenes that we’ll fill you in on.
In this update, we’ll let you know what we’ve been working on, and what you can expect to see up on the site this week. We’ll also show you what’s been going on in the fitness world online too.
What’s happened on Muxcle.com this week?
This is what we have to report for this week regarding the site and new content:
Upcoming Article: Testosterone Booster Ingredients that Work
As you know, we’re building up the blog section. Really building them up. We’re talking articles that only make the cut if they’re breaking 5,000 words or more.
They’re taking time, but the quality is high, referenced, and going to make the site bigger and better than ever.
The next article that should be done over the next day or so after this update is the testosterone booster ingredients that work. These are the ingredients that we’re familiar with and have enough studies for us to deem as something that you should add to your stack if you’re making a potent T-Booster.
At the time of writing this report, it’s already over 6,000 words. We’ll link it here when we finish it.
After that piece is done, we’ll be moving away from writing about testosterone for a while and will be focusing more on fat burners. The plan is to have guides set up for all our main categories; fat burners, testosterone boosters, pre workouts and nootropics.
Then we’ll start growing guides outside of supplements – we just want to make sure the visitors that come to the site looking for supplement information are fully taken care of first.
UPDATE: It is done and you can view it below:
New Reviews This Week
Doug’s been spending a lot of time on writing this ingredients article, but he did have time to review MANPOWER by Axe & Sledge which is a testosterone booster.
What did he think? It does have some good ingredients, but he felt it leaned more towards a libido enhancer than a testosterone booster.
Check it out if you’ve heard of it, or are curious of Doug’s thoughts.
What’s happened online in the Fitness Community this week?
Here’s a quick rundown of some of the more interesting stories that people have been talking about online:
Study: Prolonging healthy aging: Longevity vitamins and proteins
A new study this week from Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences by Ames, claims that supplementing vitamins can greatly improve healthy aging.
Basing his findings on over a decade of research, Ames reveals that supplementing 30 different vitamins and 11 other substances not recognized as vitamins should be recognized as ‘longevity vitamins’.
Using them can help defend yourself against heart disease, cancer and other diseases you become more vulnerable to as you age.
The reason the study suggests that we need to start supplementing these nutrients is because the average American diet just doesn’t contain enough of them. Certain nutrients have been overlooked, and getting more of them in your system can help you in later years.
Here’s the full list:
- Vitamin K
- Selenium
- Vitamin D
- Taurine
- Ergothioneine
- Pyrroloquinoline quinone
- Queuine
- Carotenoids
- Lutein and Zeaxanthin
- Lycopene
- Alpha and beta-Carotene
- Astaxanthin
The full study is available for $10 over on the PNAS website, or you can read the abstract by clicking below:

Healthy Meal of the Week: Grilled Corn Chowder
From Reddit’s r/HealthyFood section we have BerniceTT14’s Grilled Corn Chowder.
It’s 215 calories a serving and looks fantastic. The charred corn and the strong colors coming off it just screams healthy.
From what we can tell, this is a vegetarian dish, but not vegan, it includes both butter and light cream. However, BerniceTT14 does suggest that you could swap out the light cream with coconut oil. We even think you could use that for the butter portion of the recipe as well if you wanted to keep it fully vegan.
If you want the full recipe and how to cook this dish, you can head over to Bernice’s post on reddit below:

Apologies that it’s only been a short one this week, but we’ll have more to show you next Monday!
