What does Prime Point EYE-Q do?
This is our Prime Point EYE-Q review, a vision supplement with claims to promote:
- Optical Health
- Eye Support
- Vision Performance
But how well will it work for you?
In this review, we look closer at this supplement to see how effective it really is.
This is what we’ve found…
What you need to know about the Prime Point EYE-Q ingredients:
There are some great options here in this supplement, but it may not be the best we’ve seen.
Although there are some great ingredients in here which can help with vision, we feel more may need to be added.
A lot here helps with blood flow and circulation and feel a lot more needs to help with direct vision and eye health. It’s still a nice supplement, but it could be better.
Below, we have our write up of the main ingredients in Prime Point EYE-Q along with our summary and suggestions on how to improve it.
This is what you need to know:
Also known as Beta Carotene. This is a great addition to Prime Point EYE-Q.
Beta Carotene is a vitamin which is commonly found in foods like carrots. It can offer some support when it comes to your eyes and vision.
So, what does it do?
It helps with maintenance of numerous functions in your body. Vitamin A can help promote the health of skin, mucus, membranes, your immune system as well as your eyes and vision.
It won’t have any noticeable impact, but it will keep what you already have in good health.
This is another ingredient in Prime Point EYE-Q which focuses more on the maintenance of your eyes and vision.
It can help to support your macula and may help to prevent cataracts and age-related macular degeneration (AMD).
The macula is very important to your vision. It manages everything you see in your central and direct vision. This can help with things like driving, reading, walking etc. It’s essential and keeping it healthy should be a priority.
This is a great addition to Prime Point EYE-Q. Lutein is great for improving your macula.
However, studies show that it works best when combined with Zeaxanthin.
So, what does it do?
It can help to support your macula in a way that can help against blue light. This is light that you get from the sun, computer screens and natural light.
A lot of blue light can cause damage to your eye. By supplementing Lutein, you can help reduce the effects of glare from blue light, and increase your recovery from it. It can also help make things more defined in your center of vision, and well as helping with contrast sensitivity between subtle colors and shades.
This is a good addition to Prime Point EYE-Q too.
Bilberry is great for your vision. The first way it helps is because it contains C3G (Cyanidin-3-Glucoside). C3G helps to improve your overall levels of Rhodopsin. Rhodopisin is what your body uses to see in the dark. By increasing the levels you can see easier at night.
Bilberry can also help improve blood flow to your eyes. In doing so, it can give your eyes more nourishment and improve your overall vision performance.
Grape Seed, Quercetin and L-Taurine
We’ve grouped these ingredients together, as they do largely the same things for vision.
So, what do they do?
They can help to improve blood flow and absorption. This can help improve your vision performance, but also increase how quickly and effectively your body absorbs and uses the nutrients in this supplement.
They’re great supporting ingredients in here.
This is an ingredient in Prime Point EYE-Q which can help to some extent, but there are some risks involved.
Research shows that supplementing NAC can help reduce dry eys, and in some cases even help against flakiness around the eye.
However, there are also some reports that this nutrient causes side effects when supplemented.
It may not be your best option.
Nutrient Profile Overview:
On the whole, Prime Point EYE-Q doesn’t have the best ingredients we’ve seen in a vision enhancer.
Don’t get us wrong, there are some great ingredients. We like the Lutein, Vitamin A, Zinc and Bilberry. However, we think more may need to be added for this to make a big impact.
What would help Prime Point EYE-Q?
The main ingredients that we think would help here are Zeaxanthin, Black Currant, Saffron and Astaxanthin.
For example, Zeaxanthin can help to improve on the effects of Lutein and increase the support on your macula. While Black Currant has a lot of C3G which can help the Bilberry with night vision.
For other benefits, Saffron contains Safranal. Safranal can help reduce glare but also improves movement detection which can help improve hand-eye coordination.
Astaxanthin can also help you, it improves blood flow to the retina which can improve overall performance. It can also help reduce eye fatigue.
We’d love to see these in here.
Prime Point EYE-Q Side Effects – Are there any?
Your main concern here is the N-Acetyl L-Cysteine.
NAC has links to causing numerous side effects when supplemented.
You may run into issues such as:
- Gastric Upset
- Low Blood Pressure
Which is not what you want when trying to improve your eyesight.
Is this the Vision Supplement?
No. There’s better:
